how do real adults blog?

I thought I was going to have so much time and energy for blogging once I started working full-time. I also thought I was going to eat healthier and exercise more, but look where that got me (eating dinosaur-shaped nugs and under 10,000 steps on my fitbit).

Okay, okay, there was reason for this insane assumption.  I knew I would have the same schedule every day, give or take a trip to Wal-Mart, and I knew I would be waking up and going to sleep at the same time.  So much room for activities in my daily life.  To me, that meant having time to not only blog but also pick up a couple other adult hobbies/habits like exercising and reading.

I feel like I have no energy after work.  I sleep an average of seven and a half hours a night, but I feel like I haven't slept in days.  I know exactly what my schedule is, but I still never plan for blogging.  I drink plenty of caffeine throughout the day, but I feel like it's doing nothing besides adding calories.  I work as an office assistant, so it's not like I'm physically depleting my resources everyday.  Still, I haven't even had the energy to convince myself to walk on the treadmill, let alone blog while I'm laying in bed.  How pathetic is that?

Y'all, how do you do it?  I really do need some advice, tips and encouragement because I love blogging.  I miss it so much, but I can't figure out how to get myself back into it.  Help, please.
