dry weather protection and remedies

I love everything about fall, except for how dry the weather gets.  Even though it isn't too bad yet, I'm preparing early and protecting my body instead of having to fix it later on.  I suggest investing in a self-care routine that you can use every day after you shower, as well as finding a way to make yourself drink plenty of water.  That's half the battle.  For added protection from dry skin, brittle nails, and dry hair, take biotin.

Face cream: I received a sample of the good night. night cream in an ipsy bag, and I fell in love.  It's lightweight, hydrating, smoothing, brightening, and it has a light scent.  If you don't use a face cream, I would suggest looking into products to find what fits your personal needs.  This may be a good product to try, though.

Spray lotion: I admit that I don't like the feel of traditional lotion, so I much prefer the spray kind.  I received this product for testing purposes in an Influenster VoxBox, and I noticed a difference in my skin after just a couple of days.  Easy to use, non-greasy, and super hydrating.  Perfect addition to my night time routine!

Hair repair treatment: This is one of my favorite products, and I swear by it.  It smells great, it leaves my hair feeling incredibly soft, and it doesn't weigh it down at all.  I apply it at night and just let it sit.  Totally easy!

My entire routine takes just five minutes to complete, but it keeps my skin, nails, and hair feeling healthy and hydrated, which makes me a happy girl.  What does your self-care routine look like?
