Visualization has been popping up everywhere in self-care, manifestation, and goal-setting articles.  Generally, I picture visualization as using your mind to really picture what you want and how you'll feel when you reach your goals.  Sometimes, that's actually difficult to do because you have so much going on in your mind, you're tired or stressed, or maybe your third eye chakra needs some healing.
That's where vision boards come in!  Vision boards are a tangible form of visualization.  What I love about vision boards is that I change it, I can see my visions without much effort, and I can see a wide variety of my visions instead of just focusing on one.  It's a great tool for people who change their minds a lot, have difficulty visualizing in their mind, or just want a quicker and simpler way to revisit their visions.
My vision board has a lot of different elements: affirmations, astrology, Oracle or Tarot cards, books I want to read, quotes, manifestation steps, a moon calendar and moon phase graphic, an abundance check and an edited version of my bank account, a wellness wheel, yoga inspiration, and my current business intentions.
I've got to say that I've really loved having this board set up right next to my desk.  I just turn my head and see any source of inspiration that I want to see!  My business intention is currently the closest thing to me because I like to remind myself and visualize my successful business as often as possible.
Do you have a vision board?  If so, what's on yours?  If you don't have one, I would totally recommend buying a cork board and pins or a magnet board and magnets.  If you don't want a physical vision board, you can create one on Pinterest!  Just pin the images that inspire you on a secret (or public, if you'd like) board.  If you think you'll forget that it's there, set some reminders on your phone that tell you to look at your vision board.
